My work starts with the need of giving jewellery a meaning beyond aesthetics by using it as a log of life experiences. The jewels speak of subjects so human as love, sickness, addictions, conflicts… The chains are used to represent situations where there is a lack of freedom whatever the cause is: a bond, a possession, an addiction or an attachment.
