Deliveries

Delivery times depend on two factors: the availability of the piece and where it is to be delivered to. Availability is indicated for each piece. Delivery time is specified for Spain and for Europe. For other countries the time will depend on the destination country.

CONTEXT takes no responsibility for any delays in delivery which may be caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable, including but not limited to strikes, states of emergency of a local or national nature, interruptions in means of transport or power supplies, natural disasters, etc.



Policy on Returns

CONTEXT insures your purchase against any risk, and if the product you bought has been damaged in any way due to transport or if you detect any inherent defects, you have up to 10 calendar days from the date on which the order is delivered in which to notify us and return it.

You should bear in mind that the products you can buy from CONTEXT are often unique pieces, and are never the result of industrial mass production but are individually made by their creators.

Any returns must be suitably insured.

We do not accept returns of products with defects caused by negligence or misuse.

Once CONTEXT has received and accepted the return, we will refund the amount you paid or, if you prefer, exchange the piece for another one.

Privacy

You are informed that the personal data you supply us with will be added to an automatic file owned by Districte Digital, SL for the purpose of rendering the services requested. The owner of the data may exercise their rights to access, correction and cancellation by informing Districte Digital, SL at our registered place of business or by sending an e-mail to the address galeria@context.cat.
