Martha Castañeda, as a young girl, began to make jewels in an artisan way and intuitively, and although she studied Architecture, her heart continued to focus on her true passion, design and make jewelry. In Mexico, she studied goldsmithing with master J.L. Guerrero, and later completed her jewelery studies in Budapest and Florence. Since 2009, she has been living in Utrecht, the Netherlands, where she has designed and executed her most recent collections, Dawn, Lotus, Autumn and Veiled Lady.
